Release 9.3 includes bug fixes, performance enhancements and new features.


New features


Facilities


  • Blackouts - Added a clear history feature for customized descriptions to prevent a long and unwieldy list of descriptions.
  • User Interface - Removed the case sensitivity so that the system will retrieve the proper email with and without capitalization.
  • User Interface - Exception Pricing - Added a save button on the "Hourly Rate Screen" which will prevent a user with a connected keyboard to be required to hit the enter button.
  • Cancelation - Allow the facility to select the number of days and make the cancelation 100% refundable or chargeable.
  • Reschedule Charges - Enhanced the reschedule charge feature to adjust the refund or extra charge based on the new reservation date and time prior to sending it to Stripe. This prevents the system from creating a refund and a new charge record for the reservation. 
  • User Interface - Included quick links to reservations and calendar functions.
  • User Interface - Navigation - User interface updated to utilize menus simplifying navigation.
  • User Interface - Misc. - Numerous cosmetic, wording and flow changes to improve the user experience. 
  • Reservation Settings - Allow facility user to enter an alternate email address different than the Facility Login address to receive notifications.


Customer


  • User Interface - Added Pickleball as a supported sport.


Bug Fixes


  • Facility - Ability to properly use "Click to Book and Click to Move" outside of facility hours.
  • Facility - Booking - Fix ability for Volleyball to book multiple spaces.
  • Facility - Cancel - System crashed after cancelling a reservation and applying the "Facility Policies". The crash occurred after displaying the confirmation of the cancellation and MSS fee.
  • Facility - Booking - When booking multiple areas for consecutive days and not adding exception, system crashed when adding an exception.
  • Facility - Cancel - Cancelled reservations with "cash/check" FOP were not showing as cancelled in the reservation history listing (Facility and Customer)
  • Facility/Customer - The system was not recognizing the batting cage length requested by the customer.
  • Facility - Display - When selecting reduced display hours, if the booking was longer than the display hours then the reservation would not display.
  • Facility - Booking - Double booking occurred when the reservation was outside of the facility hours of operation.
  • Facility - Booking - Android - When cancelling an invoice customer the system incorrectly forced the user to select a credit card on file.
  • Customer - Prevented the screen from automatically advancing to the next day when the customer has selected multiple areas, is in the search results screen and selects the first reservation option.
