Release 9.7 includes bug fixes, and new features.
New features
Facilities/Host
- Memberships -
- Create any number of membership programs to fit your business.
- Customize a program for Day, Month, or Annual memberships.
- Create multiple levels and pricing (e.g. Good, Better, Best).
- Make memberships auto renew at the end of the period, or fix the program to a specific period (e.g. a one time special day pass).
- Limit the number of reservations allowed per period by a member or make it unlimited.
- Select a maximum reservation length.
- Restrict members by area or allow reservations for all areas (default).
- Choose which memberships are available for Guests to join online.
- Enroll a Guest into a membership program from the Host Dashboard.
- Review a list and status of members enrolled in your membership programs.
- Allow online Reservations, or only allow the facility/host to book.
- Set a "cancelation policy" to either cancel at the end of the membership period, or allow a guest/customer to cancel anytime and receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of the membership.
- Add promotional text to describe the membership program.
Customer/Guest
- Memberships -
- View and sign up for special membership packages available within the My Sport Space network of facilities.
- Review membership status within your account dashboard (Additional info menu at top right corner - Memberships)
- Cancel memberships.
Bug Fixes
- A Customer search error. Search results were returning the requested date and the next day.
- A issue with the calendar function. When a facilities hours touched midnight, none of the reservations booked appeared on the facility calendar.
- An error that caused a customer to not be able to enter a new credit card number through the account profile - payment method screen.
- Multiple "Open Booking Hours" blackout errors
- Other minor verbiage corrections and enhancements made for clarification and ease of use.
