Release 9.9 includes new features for the Facility/Host and one bug fix.

New features

Facilities/Host

• Customer Search Enhancement - The Facility/Host can now search for customers by telephone number.
• Sport Identifiers - The Sport Type (e.g. Basketball, Baseball) has been added to the reservation notification email.
• Sport Identifiers - An icon has been added identifying the sport on the facility calendar. This will allow the facility operations manager to quickly and easily identify any special setup requirements.
• Off Line Area Booking - Added the ability to book on a offline area. 
• Cancellation Email - Added the facility as a cc. to the Guest Cancellation Email.
• Facility Portal - Added a feature to allow the facility/Host to export the customer search results (reservation and cancellations) to a CSV file.
• Membership - Added a capacity limit for memberships available for purchase. The Facility/Host can add additional customers if desired.
• Customer Email addresses - The Facility/Host can now export a list of their customer Emails to a CSV file.
• Reservation History - The Reservation History sort view has been changed to display the most recent transactions first.
• Membership - The Facility/Host may now modify the number of rentals by area.
• Open Booking - The Facility/Host may now rent specific time slots and lengths by utilizing the Open Booking Hours feature and specifying a mandatory reservation length.
• Advanced Notifications - Advanced notifications have been modified to allow hours and days from a dropdown menu.

Bug Fixes

• A grid line display error within the calendar display.
